Cooking Class - Samlor Kay Cambodian Curry

Follow this simple step by step photo guide to make this delicious Samlor Kay Cambodian Curry 

Ingredients 
80g Chicken Breast 
1 Onion (cut in to quarters) 
40g Eggplant 
40g Sweet Potato 
40g Cauliflower 
1 Stick of Lemongrass 
1 Garlic Clove 
1 Shallot 
1tsp Sugar 
1tsp Fish Sauce 
1/2 tsp Salt 
1/2 tablespoon Tumeric Powder 
3 pieces of Kaffir Lime Rind (a normal lime would be fine) 
1 tablespoon Curry Powder 
1 Chicken Stock Cube
150mls Coconut Cream 
1 tablespoon of Oil 
1/2 cup of Water 
5g Galangal (part of the ginger family)
1tbs Roasted Peanuts 
Serve with Sticky Rice or Rice Noodles
